    小提示:一般韩国传统里煮泡菜汤的辣白菜,需要陈一点的泡菜,酸味会比较足,颜色也会很好看。

    Step 1

    冷橄榄油下锅,爆香葱后,下猪肉末翻炒。Heat olive oil in wok, sauté spring onion till fragrant, add in mince meat, stir fry well.

    Step 2

    炒至8成熟后,加入调味料炒至熟,盛起,备用。When almost cook, add in seasoning and fry for a while till cooked, dish out and set aside.

    Step 3

    用同一锅,倒入水、泡菜,中小火煮开。Use the same pot, add in water and kimchi,cook with medium heat and bring to boil.

    Step 4

    加入拉面,煮至面软后,可以依据个人口味加入花生酱,拌匀后即可盛碗。Add in ramen and cook till soft, finally, add peanut butter sauce, combine well and gently lower in ramen noodles into bowl.

    Step 5

    舀入炒猪肉和撒上韭葱,趁热享用。Top with stir fry pork meat and onion, serve hot.
